This campaign celebrates the artists of confidence: aesthetic doctors, a hairstylist, a tattoo artist, and an art restorer. Each of them uses their skill to reveal beauty, identity, and emotion, showing how technique becomes expression, and how care becomes confidence.

The Building Confidence Is a Fine Art campaign is inspired by the findings of Pillars of Confidence: Global Insights on Aesthetics and Self-Affirmation. These insights reinforce a powerful truth: confidence isn’t superficial—it’s deeply personal, transformative, and empowering.
This campaign brings those insights to life, celebrating the idea that confidence comes from embracing one’s unique identity. Through artistry, care, and precision, we show how aesthetic professionals help individuals feel more aligned with who they truly are. In 2025, Merz Aesthetics unveils the findings of its global survey.
Pillars of Confidence, conducted across 15 countries. The survey explores how people today define self-confidence and the role physical appearance plays in shaping it. As part of the ‘Confidence To Be’ initiative, we partnered with Ipsos to conduct a global survey of 15,000 individuals aged 21 to 75 across 15 countries, all of whom have either experienced or are open to exploring aesthetic treatments

Julia Burgun
“As an art restorer, my job is to reveal beauty and light, to uncover the story behind each masterpiece.”
Graduating with a Master’s degree in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, specializing in easel painting, Julia Burgun views this training in traditional methods as the solid foundation of her expertise. Upon this foundation, she shapes a unique, evolving practice that is constantly questioned and guided by the movement of technical and ethical advancements inherent to her profession. Immersed in art since childhood, she has passionately engaged with painting throughout her life. Her path crossed that of her associate, Apolline Reichart, during their studies, forming a friendship sealed by the creation of their workshop, Burgun Rerichart Restoration.

Eduardo Bravo

Eduardo Bravo is a hairstylist renowned for blending beauty with wellness. Since launching his career in Europe in 2016, Eduardo has emerged as a key figure in haute couture, contributing to Fashion Week events. His expertise in dry cuts and color attracts international celebrity clients like Zoey Deschanel, Soko, and Lucas Bravo. His other celebrity clients include: Olivia Rodrigo, Ashley Graham, Eva Longoria, Alessandra Ambrosio, Emily Ratakjowski and Nina Dobrev.
